We Started As Fan Creators, Doing Fan Creations

When ScriptGraphics first started, they were fans of the comics field creating fan products. With their very first product (ScriptGraphics Presents #1) also purchased by Phil Seuling at a show of his they debuted at, they knew we had something. That product was an 8 and a half by 11 inches series of pages featuring Quasar (a science fiction story done in grand tradition) by Keith Royster and The Legend (a speculative story about Bruce Lee’s death being a ruse) by Darrell Goza. Two books were done in that format before they were influenced by Bobby Sommerkamp first, then Tim Corrigan’s SUPERHERO COMICS, to go the digest route. They did three in that format before applying to DC for work. They were accepted by Sal Amendola and that’s the way Goza went. The DC implosion put the clamps on that but a chance meeting with Neal Adams of Continuity Comics and Marie Severin at Marvel changed his trajectory again. Keith went the political advertising route and never looked back. Long story short: I (Leigh Jace) ran across some of their original fanzines in a forgotten storage unit and after debate and discussion, now have put the last remaining ones up for acquisition. Submit your Email (at the bottom of the page here) for info on how to get them. Keep in mind, once these are gone... they're gone for good.

The DESTINY SQUAD - Original Series

Below are the last of the original ScriptGraphics science fiction magnum opus series 'The Destiny Squad' that we have left. These are not reprints, but the actual books as printed at that time!

The series will continue as a back up feature in our upcoming line of comics as a full color, comic sized story. (Below is a bit of a sneak peek). Imagine having the original fanzine run; all signed by the designer. and we're hoping you'll get the coming storyline when it comes out as back up features in our comics line. Best of both worlds if you ask us. These original fanzines, seen above, are all we have. When they're gone... that's a done deal.

All the books on this page are the original printings, not re-prints, as they were done at the time of their printing: circa 1980 and are collector items because of that. Some titles will be continuing on as back up features in re-imagined full color comic books, adding to the value of these timeless issues.
